Artie Muller Bill Ray Rolling Thunder XIII		Artie Muller, the organizer of Rolling Thunder, began his vigil to bring back missing POW/MIAs in 1987. The first Rolling Thunder had approximately 2,400 motorcyclists who met at the Vietnam Memorial on Memorial Day. Rolling Thunder's input and support has been invaluable to the legislative process.
