The Shirt Bill Ray Rolling Thunder XIII		Donna's brother, Jerry Elliot was a helicopter door gunner with the "Black Cats" and has been MIA since December 1, 1968. When Donna, from Pleasant Grove, Arkansas, arrived at Rolling Thunder she was given this shirt. On the back are the names of missing soldiers from the Vietnam War. If you look closely, you can see her brother's name on the fifth row.
