Locked Dianne L. Ray Laughlin River Run -19th		Who knows how many bikes are stolen at the larger events. Some events have worse reputations than others and officials are attempting to crack down. There seem to be three different approaches. One is flood the streets with cops, another is to put in curfews, and at Sturgis 2000, there were undercover investigators checking serial numbers on parked bikes.
