The Rubbing Bill Ray Rolling Thunder XIII		You see a lot of people touching and etching on the Vietnam Memorial. Volunteers, the "yellow caps" as they are called, will help you locate a name and give you a paper and a graphite crayon to make an etching of your friend or loved one's name. Unlike any other national monument, the Vietnam Memorial is a tactile experience.
