Terry Baker Dianne L. Ray Rolling Thunder XIII		Terry Baker is championing the call to Congress to increase health care benefits for veterans, especially to help fight hepatitis C, a potentially deadly liver disease. Along with the medical community, Baker fears Vietnam War veterans may be at a higher risk for hepatitis C because many of them may have come in contact with infected blood during the war, or may have had tainted blood transfusions. Baker and his supporters set up a mobile hepatitis C testing station at the Lincoln Memorial for veterans at the event.
