Jerome H. Dianne L. Ray Rolling Thunder XIII		Jerome has been a staff photographer at the Pentagon for over twenty years. Two of his more memorable photo opportunities was the presentation of the last Medal of Honor and one of the final meeting between Gorbochev and President Reagan.
