Ray Rolling Thunder XIII		The Vietnamese government has been cooperating with U.S. officials working to determine what happened to 2,028 Americans who were listed missing in action from the Vietnam War. The remains of 555 former Vietnam MIAs have been identified and returned to their families, according to the Pentagon. Artie Muller has been one of the champions of this cause since 1987.
