The BBC was trying to interview Jimmy with his trike -- they pulled the trike into the alley, set up the cameras, lights, etc., and just as the BBC said "Action", the cops showed up. "You're stopping traffic" (he always does), and "You gotta' move - NOW". The frustrated female reporter looks on.
